Everyone from the cannabis space was shifting their horizons towards Psilocobe mushroom production. Myterra Labs aimed to be the “General Hydroponics” of the Psilocybe world by providing the best substrates for growing mushrooms. While trying various blends of substrate with many options for supplements, we decided to expand our product line with substrates to grow gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. We soon realized that there were very few products on the market that had a shelf -life of more than 2 weeks and we decided to create a better substrate.

Every time we noticed something missing from the market, we aimed to fill that gap and provide our customers with the quality and consistency that they deserve. We have made ready-to-use products for customers that don’t have the expensive equipment and time needed to make their own substrates/grains. We made sure that the substrates and grains were consistent enough for scientific purposes to bolster the wave of psychedelic research that is being conducted. We created grow kits that can be bought from the grocery store without the worry of having an over-colonized kit or a dried out kit. We created a Woodlovers blend that is able to grow multiple different species of mushrooms so that the customer has the freedom to grow the mushrooms that they want to. We provide liquid cultures of mushrooms that are quality-controlled through all stages of preparation to ensure a contaminant-free culture. These cultures are also fully traceable so that we know what to expect from them, where they came from and how old they are.
